is this good enough?

These are the specs for my machine, are they good enough to play any game out there at decent settings?

-2800+ AMD Athlon XP processor
-80 GB Hard Drive
-NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX graphics card
-512MB Ram

if you want the minimum to play at decent settings, you're gonna have to grab yourself a 6600gt

that gf4 mx won't cut it

yeah, I was thinking I better upgrade my graphics card. Who makes that 6600gt btw? and do you think I'll need a new motherboard to install it?

1.) nVidia makes the 6600gt
2.) nvidia doesn't directly sell them, they license the 6600gt to other companies to manufacture; eVGA and leadtek make the best 6600gt's
3.) you'll need to AGP version, not the PCI-express version (your motherboard is AGP, that way, you don't need a new mobo)
