How do i reformat, steps not working!

ok now...
hit del as it boots
blue screen: advanced bios>seq boot and floppy> hit enter and find cd-rom>press enter
press down to your 2nd boot option>enter>hdd-0>enter
hit f10>Y>enter
then itll reboot, put in ur cd and itll boot from the cd when u hit a button when it says to

Didnt work.

My BIOS has tabs: Main, Adv, etc.

I select Adv, i dont see seg boot and floppy. But on the tabs there is a Boot tab i think where i can select the CD/Disk Drives.

So i restart and put in windows CD and it boots up as normal. Dont know what im doing wrong.

Well heres my tabs on Bios: Main, Adv, Power, Boot, Exit

It's gotta be under the boot tab. Make sure you select CD rom as the first boot device and make sure you save the changes by pressing F10. When you reboot with the CD in the drive, you should see the Press any key screen. Do it and begin your reformat.
