Check out this motherboard, should I buy?

I have the gigabyte mobo below and have had nothing but trouble with it ever since ive had it. I was looking at this mobo, tell me what you think: http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136147

It looks good, but I would consider upgrading to socket 939 and PCI-E. DFI is great, but if you had nForce4 Ultra, it would be a ton better.

Well not everyone wants to ugprade everything, new CPU, new GFX card ect

Yes, DFI makes some of the best mobo's around. The LanParty series is great, and really good for overclocking too if thats your thing.
