3200 Ram does run at 200 MHz. It's just these retarded advertising guys who call it "400 MHz"..
DDR does stuff both on the falling and rising edges. Therefore, with a 200 MHz clock, it does work "as if" there is a 400 MHz clock. Traditionally, memory only does stuff on either the rising or falling edge (one of em). Since DDR does it on both, these guys said "hey, lets multiply the # by 2, to make it look more impressive!". Retards... :-\..
So u are good. The "actual" clock speed, which it should be, is 200 MHz.
