PC 3200 @200Mhz?

It supposed to be 200MHz. 200MHz is the actual frequency that the RAM runs at, while 400MHz is used when considering it as DDR (data is transferred at the beginning and at the end of every clock pulse).
 
3200 Ram does run at 200 MHz. It's just these retarded advertising guys who call it "400 MHz"..

DDR does stuff both on the falling and rising edges. Therefore, with a 200 MHz clock, it does work "as if" there is a 400 MHz clock. Traditionally, memory only does stuff on either the rising or falling edge (one of em). Since DDR does it on both, these guys said "hey, lets multiply the # by 2, to make it look more impressive!". Retards... :-\..

So u are good. The "actual" clock speed, which it should be, is 200 MHz.
 
it dosent have to be running dual channel to be 400mhz. the frequency of it is 200 yes, but since it is DDR (double data rate) it actually runs at 400mhz. its like video cards, my old 6800GT would have been running at 500mhz if it wasnt DDR. instead since it is really running at 500mhz and its DDR it is actually doubled becasue of the rising and falling at the same time.

No it doesn't. It runs at 200 MHz. Just that it can transfer data both on the rising and falling edge. The "clock rate" and "effective clock rate" should not be confused. The "clock rate" should not depend on the "type" of RAM. It is simply the rate of the clock.
