you should go as far as you can with the timings you have at the moment, and then loosen then when voltage doesnt make a difference. but seeing as you have only 2.7vdimm on tap, you should be able to tighen the timings when you find the limit on 2.7, maybe not the cas, but tras you should be able to.
your Plats should be able to pull about 250+ with those timings (but probably not with 2.7Vdimm), mine max out a 2.5-3-3-7 305HTT with 2.9Vdimm up to 3.1 doesn't make any difference. maybe i was just lucky with the modules i got
