Step up Program

Ok I was thinking of Getting a new AGP 6600 GT for now and In the future I want a PCI Express 6800 GT does EVGA allow to switch from AGP to PCI in the step up process?

Yea I just looked it up and the date time and all but never said anything about the Type of card. Also If anyone had any experience with thier step up program please tell me the steps they don't explain well on thier site.

lol jeez I'm not on 24 hours a day. They don't care what type of card you get, agp or PCI-E, it's all money and business to them. There's a drop down menu where you select which one you want and it has both AGP and PCI-E listed.
