I was looking into buying the "MSI K8NNeo4 Platinum SLI Socket 939 ATX Motherboard" for my new comp (mostly because its pretty good at overclocking) but i came accross the "Asus A8N SLI Deluxe nVidia Socket 939 Motherboard"

is this a good overclocking board aswell?

the MSI is much better for overclocking than the Asus
get MSI K8N Neo4 if you're going AGP
get the DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D if you're going PCI-E

I would strongly recommend the DFI if you can afford it, it overclocks really well

and also, try and get a Venice core CPU (they should be out in a bit over a week)

AMD doesn't have a fsb, it has hypertransport, all amd 64 socket 939 have 2000mhz htt, so all 939 motherboards support 2ghz hypertransport.

If you can afford it, the DFI board is the one than you want to get if overclocking.

no, that msi neo4 platinum isn't good at overclocking; the asus isn't either

if you want a good board:

AGP- MSI K8N NEO2 PLATINUM
PCI-E- DFI LANPARTY ULTRA-D UT nF4 or SLI is you want to go SLI
