If you got a SCSI drive, it wont really matter. But if you got an IDE, and you use like 87% or more, you will get slowdown.

I tend to use a lot of space (even with the porn deleted). I seem to have a problem installing too many games even those that are considered "outdated" and lots of mp3's as well as download anime fansubs. Going to pick up a SATA and move some of the files over. I don't even remember the last time I defragged.
