1. Get the DFI Lan Party
2. Get a SATA Hard drive, 80 GB isn't enough for these days.
3. Get the Plextor DVD-RW SATA Burner.

1.) get venice
2.) you're not going to go SLI, why are you getting an SLI mobo; in addition, SLI is unnessary unless you have a whole load of cash to burn
3.) the onboard sound on a dfi lanparty is good; there's no point in getting an audio card (that gamer edition crap is false, there's no such thing, it's just a crap card bundled with crap games)
4.) you need speakers AND a headset? ok....
5.) that power supply is 20pin, you need a 24pin
6.) 6800gt will better prepare you for the future
7.) sata is newer &better(hard drives) and same price
8.) ask us again for a new build before you buy in the summer, the prices for everything will go down in the summer and you can probably get better stuff then

changes:
AMD 64 3200+ winchester --> AMD 64 3200+ venice
gigabyte SLI mobo --> dfi lanparty ultra-d ut nF4
eVGA 6600gt pci-e --> eVGA 6800gt pci-e
thermal take 480W power supply --> OCZ modstream 450W
western digital 80gig ultra-ATA hdd --> seagate 80gig SATA hdd
creative gamer sound card --> nothing

also, i think you should just either get good speakers or good headset, b/c IMO none of those 2 are decent, you should just go for one and save up for the other

corsair XMS --> twinmos ram 1 gig (2x512mb) can be found on newegg for ~$100

a much better comp. also, i think flat CRT's are better, but that's just my opinion
