Doubt it. They usually say P4 for a reason. It is also ATX, and alot of ATX cases use Athlon MoBo's. I guess you could try it and take it back, lol?

wtf?

it's atx, which means it can be used for any atx mobo (20 pin)

it just says P4 because it's P4 compliant
