Doubt it. They usually say P4 for a reason. It is also ATX, and alot of ATX cases use Athlon MoBo's. I guess you could try it and take it back, lol?

You should have no prob's with it what so ever,If it say's P4 that just mean's the power supply can handle the P4 board's,It should work with every thing.

it's atx, which means it can be used for any atx mobo (20 pin)

it just says P4 because it's P4 compliant
