Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro

On my newly aquired Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro MoBo, there is a very annoying fan marked with AGP 8X. Does anyone have any experience removing/deactivating this fan. Maybe replacing it with a Thermaltake Tiger Chipset Cooler (SY-007-TT) or a Vantec Iceberq CCB-A1C or a Zalman ZM-NB47J

Please advice as I have spent way to much money already on trying to hush my little puppy up.

Trying to make a quiet PC? I don't mind the noise from my computer, I have a fan going in my room all the time anyway so it doesn't really matter. And if you turn your computer off at night before you go to bed I wouldn't think it would make a difference.

Mine runs constantly and the smooooth sounds of the lovely white noise actually lulls me to sleep.
