CD-Writer Problem

I am using Samsung CD-Writer. I am facing a weird problem these days. whenevr i try to write a cd it gets stuck on 6-7% and gives me "power calibration error" and then it stops writing.I dont understand this error . Can anybdy help me!!!!!

I have tried uninstall and reinstall Nero 5.5 software but it didnt work.

It's not a software problem

Cheaper to replace it's not worth your time to fix it

The 'Power Calibration Error' determins one of the following:

1) The CD-RW's lens isn't clean

2) There is a conflict with the media used (CD-R/RW)

There is a known solution to this problem which works in most cases:

1) Start > Run > 'services.msc'

2) Disable 'IMAPI CD BURNING'

I have disabled "IMAPI CD burning" form services
still not able to write
same error...
tell me wat shud i do next...

Buy a new cd-writer. they are only $30
