i have all these fans w/out a fan controler and yes its loud but you gotta sacrafice some things for cooling. like for water cooling you gotta sacrafice some pocket man!! and for air you gotta sacrafice silence.

I don't really care about sounds, unless it's over than 120 dB. The maximum your ears can handle is 120 dB. lol.

Umm pretty much every thermaltake fan is great. Which is why I said I suggest thermaltake.

If you get an 80mm with good cfm it's going to be loud no matter what,If you want it to be quieter maybe get a fan adapter so you can use a bigger fan.

I suggest this fan I have it and its great and for under 20 bucks with a fan controler THATS GREAT
