Sony Has the best. but the good ones are totally off the wall Prices. HP has excellent ones as well.

However, for your money, an Emachines Refurb is totally kick-ass.

sonys are good but they are soo overpriced for what they can do
i own a sony and it doesnt do anything better than my 500 dollar averatec besides the screen. Sony is such a rip off. Id go with toshiba

averatecs are cheap and amazing for their price
is their another computer out there that u can get all that for 800 bucks brand new
you usually dont see dvd burners till ur near the 1500 range
