Bios Update

stupid question I am wanting to udate my bios but I dont know what to do i looked up my board and this is what cam up

should I download all of them?? like bottem to top ?

If you want to update your BIOS, use that 1007 version, it is the 3rd one down from the top. Just follow the directions, and it should update it fine.
