adjusting VGA fan speed on a 6800 ultra

How do I set the fan to its max speed , it's a NVSilencer 5.. how do I do this preferably through rivatuner?

Give it the max voltage you can pretty much.

Actually enable something called coolbits (google it)

Right click properties on desktop > advanced > settings > overclocking

If you cant do that registery thing, I can send you a doubble clicky thing to do it, but remember taking doubble clicky things off of forums isnt always a good idea.
