Advice on Build

Do not siwtch your RAM to Corsair XMS, G.Skill is just flat out better, TCCD is the best memory you'll find and Corsair can't hold up against it.

Also, switch your board to a DFI Lanparty nf4 SLI-DR board, DFI is by far better than Asus and it is widely agreed that the Lanparty is the best socket 939 board on the market now.

If you get a 6600GT now, save up some money, you can use the eVGA step up program which basically allows you to trade in your existing card as a "coupon", eVGA will basically slash whatever you paid on the 6600GT off the price of the 6800GT.

I have two suggestions

Switch out your for a DFI Lanparty nforce4 Ultra-D \ SLI-DR

Switch out XP PRO for XP home, unless your into home servers, no difference.

Than you may be able to afford a 6800GT

Alright thanks a lot guys, i was beginning to think nobody would reply back but a lot of good suggestions, i really appreciate it

Ill go for the DFI Lanparty SLI

Thanks for the coupon eVGA thing gaara, thats awesome.

Isn't that ram a little to fast for the CPU? I didn't think it could take advantage of that bus speed. I may be mistaken so don't take my word on it. Anyone here know for sure?

it's for the extra overclocking room on the ram. It will run at pc3200, until he overclocks it.
