Deleting offensive software

I have, on my computer, C:/Windows/LoveX which I cannot delete
and which is offensive.

I have enabled all permissions I can find, but I cannot find a way of putting the security tab on "Properties" of this folder/file that I want to delete.

Advice please

when you try to delete it does it give you an error message? please list your operating system. if using windows XP you can click start button and click RUN.

type in msconfig into the run box. under the boot.ini tab you can check the "safe boot" option. this will restart your machine and you will than be able to delete that folder and the contents of it.

after you are done do the same thing except this time in the general tab select "normal startup to set everything back to normal.
