CHANGING Case in Excel or Access

I have a database that is all capital letters and hate to use that for my letters. Can anyone tell me how to change the case from ALL CAPS to First Letter Caps to the entire list?

This is a fix for word, but if you apply the same logic you might beable to do it for the data files.

Using the MrExcel link Inaris has provided you, you can copy your Access Databse info into excel, change it there and copy it back.
