Hmm, you guys are talking about the cell processor technology right? It is indeed an interesting concept, which you can read about here.

The process size doesn't have much of any effect on performance so don't be worried if you have 130nm or 90nm cores. It basically just leads to lower power consumption and less heat dissipation. It's basically the same with the Newcastle and Winchester cores, you won't see much of a performance difference (if any) between them, just the temperature difference.
 
it's just you can fit millions more transistors in the same area with smaller sizes which ultimately leads to faster processors better performance and whatnot.

Also gaara, I was referring more to that cross latch bar technology or whatever, someone just reposted that article not too long ago
