The process size doesn't have much of any effect on performance so don't be worried if you have 130nm or 90nm cores. It basically just leads to lower power consumption and less heat dissipation. It's basically the same with the Newcastle and Winchester cores, you won't see much of a performance difference (if any) between them, just the temperature difference.
