I found out what the problem was. Turned out it was bad manufacturing. The PSU was manufactured wrong. The 20 pin plug turned out to have only 19 pins.

So i took apart the PSU and noticed that there was a bare wire. I traced it down to the plug fixed the plug and boom it started right up!

if I was you, I would replace that psu.I would be nervous to use that
psu on my equipment.

Yea the voltage is constantly stable so its alright no serious problems. Im happy so far.

Yea, i ordered almost everything from TD.com I didnt have a problem.

I looked them up on the betterbusinessbureau and i looked up Newegg too.

They both had complaints but in the end they both were corrected. I think when people complain about them theyre just too lazy.

My guess is the people were too lazy for a RMA.
