I just started having this problem on my laptop a couple days ago. I guess I was fooling around with the services.msc and did something I wasn't supposed to do. I can't remember what I did though. But the problem is, whenever I bootup my system (which is XP SP2), all of the programs will load up in my taskbar as normal except for my network connection, it will take like an extra 2 minutes to load my network connection in the taskbar. Actually I can't open any kind of program during this delay. Then when it finally loads up, everything works normal. Anyone know what service.msc thing causes this problem?

My laptop specs are

Intel Celeron 2.8ghz
768mb Ram
ati mobility 9000 64mb
Windows xp sp2

Logically, we could assume - it's most likely.. anything with "Network" in front of it?

Check them, and post if any are disabled, or put to manually start.
