Dual Channel RAM help!!

Hi, I have MSI i865PE mobo http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=433

with
OCZ DDR400 PC3200 512RAM (2*256RAM) Dual Channel Kit

I recently bought the same RAM and I was just wondering if my mobo is compatable with 4 * 256 Rams and if it will still act as a Dual Channel
