Urgent help needed with cpanel and FANTASTICO software

So I have cpanel and Fantastico on the server which I have my website now but thy're too expensive so I decided to move. Now that I have all my files organized and recuperated from the old server DO I NEED to have Fantastico on the new server or not. I am using this picture program feature of it. The new site has cpanel but not Fantastico. Please Help!

I'd guess yes, but I've never done any website development before.

It would make sense to me that since I drag the folders from FTP from the old host to the new that it would work but I am not sure if you need to have Fantastico installed or not so I don't wanna get screwed once I paid for the host.
