Burned-ati, the only way to find out, is to simply OC little by little. Thats because everyone has different temps/hardware. Which those determine your OC abilitys.
Just overclock in increments. Do not do it all at once. That way, you can see what stresses your card too much, and when you get there, just lower it a little and you'll be fine.
