Depends if you are pro at overclocking. I don't overclock much so I would just take the higher speed ram and then I wouldn't have to overclock it. I'm not sure how that compares to overclocking PC-3200 RAM but since they seem to be about the same price that would make me want the higher speed.

Yeah go with the PC4000 G. Skill Ram, it is THE BEST ram, samsung TCCD's. Well this is, for overclockers.

That's DDR533? speeds on that ram stock, that means you can do alot of overclocking until your ram becomes the issue, and it runs that way at pretty tight timings for that speed.
