budget is about 225 for 2 sticks of 512mb ram.

i was thinking kingston hyperx low latency.

this will b going on an amd athlon 64 system w/ a dfi lanparty mobo.

any thoughts.

i am pretty sure im getting the hyperx enless there is something else that would b real good lol

A link to the kingston would be nice.

We need to know if you plan on overclocking.

The corsair and the OCZ have 2-2-2-5 latency values. If the kingston is higher than that then it won't be as fast. But the g skill ram I linked to has higher values but is at much higher speeds so you can increase your processor speed as much as you want without even having to worry about overclocking the ram.

If your not overclocking the hyper-x not much is better than it. If you are overclocking it then then i wouldnt suggest getting the hyper-x.

OCZ is what im using.

I put it into a friends dell and it was rather nice shit. Although im using 2 gigs.
