heatsinks help plz

well, i just need a little help with pickin out my new heatsinks to order. Im gonna go with ThermalTake but im not sure how good what i chose really is. First off:

GPU Heatsink

Does anyone know anything about this heatsink? or anything relating to how good it can really be?

Second off i cant decide on one of the following in thiese links:

Now, i dont know anything about Thermaltake or different heatsinks in general so any help is appreciated.

Which socket is you CPU 478 - 775 ?

if i were u i would get the xp-120 or the zalman 7700cu for your cpu. and for your graphics card, either the nv silencer (Rev.2 nVidia 6) or the zalman VF700-CU. any combin combination of these will give you much better cooling.

I like the tower 120 don't know if it is to big or not for mine though.

Well the tower 120 wont fit in my case, and my case is wider than most - so I would do the measurements. I had about 8mm more space then required when I measured, but it was pushing my case window when installed.

I would go with the brand new Coppper XP-90. Or the XP-120.

The copper xp-90 is awesome, and the xp-120 is awesome, but the 120 is likely a tight fit.
