need socket 423/rambus help

i'm looking for a motherboard here are the specs that i need
must support:
P4 socket 423 Processor
4 slots of rambus PC800 memory
agp slot
also, i would like a hsf (stock or aftermarket cheap as can be as this won't be oc-ed)
and that's it. the only ones i can find are ecs motherboards but i can't find where to buy them.

please find the CHEAPEST BOARD with the requirements if u can. thanks in advance guys.

i got the 2ghz processor for free and 4 sticks of 128mb PC800 too

this is almost as cheap as the time i built a celeron 733 for 10 bucks and a pack of cigarettes.
