I have an Iomega 120GB external USB hard drive. It worked wonderfully until yesterday, and all of a sudden the computer won't detect it. Wait, let me rephrase that. It WILL detect that there is a "USB Mass Storage Device" connected to the computer, and shows up when I right click "My Computer" and go to Manage, but it won't show up as a hard disk in My Computer.
Also weird is that my CD-ROM drive used to be called D:, and the external hard drive was called E:. Now suddenly the disk drive is called E:, and the external hard drive won't show up. I'm very frustrated, especially since this seems like such a random occurence.
