Um, from my experience, it's easier to actually remove _things_ (for lack of a better word) manually, then to use a program. Even though a program does it faster, it's better to know how to do it yourself.

works fine for me....it freezes or the whole pc freezes?

it freezes then my whole pc freezes after a few minutes.. cant use cntrl alt del or ne thing.. just can move that window till it freezes completely
