I just bought a brand new system. Installed XP Pro yesterday, with ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 1 Gb DDR. It shutdown fine yesterday just today it refuses to shutdown. It just stays at "windows is shutting down" screen. I TRIED to install my ISP and modem stuff but it fails to reconize any of it.
