at least 480W, I would suggest from Antec
a lot of cheap PSU's display the peak wattage instead of the constant wattage, that is, they tell you how much they can put out at maximum but usually doesn't
a good PSU will be rated on how much power it can put out 24/7, and sometimes also what it can put out at peak

the antec neopower 480W, its atx2.0 (has 24pin)

it is to notch, i know doesnt give as much power as sum but its easily enough, plus its vertually silent
