A good soundcard?

Simple question: Can anyone recommend a good sub $50 soundcard with at least 5.1 surround? I'm looking to upgrade from my onboard sound. Also, any good sub $50 speakers?

These are great speakers, a tad over $50 but that's probably your best bet.

However it's probably better to get the ZS version instead of the value, but the ZS is about $70.

Those speakers look awesome. I saw them at CompUSA for $80! They're $52 on Amazon Sweet!

Look at the turtle beach line, their is one right below 50 and one right above, those maybee Canadian though, I forget :/
