My screen quality!!

Ok my screen quality all the sudden just looks messed up the icons arnt clear anymore and when i stretch a picture for a background its all weird looking!!WTH what happened..

like my wallpaper, my icons, the edges of the pictures arnt smooth i have a picture i just dont know how to put them on the post

give me your email because i have know clue on how to lower the image size lol and its a small picture

Download the latest graphic card drivers and install them.

I got reinstalled them and it still the same. i restarted it too

How old is the monitor? Did you put a magnet near it?
