Confused

I have the black shark full tower case which is an ATX case, and the rear of it looks like this

but here is the Asrock P4V88 RAID mainboard which is also ATX, yet it has a different setup that wont fit into my case?!?

Notibly the keyboard and mouse connections are around the wrong way, how should i get around this?

all mobos come with the back panel thing that fits the motherboard, just pluck the old backpanel thing out and put in the new
