Very bad problem

So the motherboard light comes on but none the fans work?? If the fans do work when the mobo light comes on then try letting it set for 10 min, i had this problem, turned out to be a dead battery that needed charged up a little....

I guess he never specifically said but I assumed it was a relatively new motherboard. Those batteries take a loooooooooong ass time to die though.

I'm sure during all his troubleshooting though charles it's sat there for more than 10 mins at a time not to mention when he goes to sleep lol

But ive never heard of this whole battery charging thing...the mobo is new but ive never heard of that before

I've never heard of 'charging the battery' this isn't a car we're talking about where if you jump it, the car will charge that battery.

Generally those batteries die and bam that's all there is to it.
