no

#1: You have a FOXCONN mobo in your links and an A8V under your list PC. One is garbage and one is not very good. I suggest you get a DFI Lanparty Nforce 4 Ultra-D, just a few dollars more and this brings us to our second point.

#2: Chaintech is not one of the better vendors for 6600GT's, some of the better cards in it's price range are XFX and Evga, the Evga however is slower in AGP. But, if you get the DFI Lanparty you can get the eVGA 6600GT PCI-E which is the 2nd best overclocker and the most reliable high quality 6600GT their is.

#3: Amount of ram. Unless your hardcore into servers or video editing, you DO NOT need 2 gig of ram. 1 gig is good. Also their is no need for peformance ram unless your overclocking and you are most likely going to get suggestions to get G. Skill if your overclocking (or TwinMos) or value ram if your not.

NO, doesn't look good

in addition to what chris said, you need a 3200 winchester, not a 3700, and then upgrade that video card to an ATI X800XL or just a eVGA 6600gt

for your mobo, get the dfi lanparty UT ultra-d

for your ram, 1 gig is enough, 4 pieces of ram will slow you down

and you'll need a power supply, the case power supply is shit (you'll have to drop at least $80 for a good psu)
