Ok i just built a computer anyways im having problems installing games like half life 2 where it crashes to the blue screen of death BUT other software (non game) installed just fine

and sometimes the game just quits installing but it says it still is
 
Have tried downloading and installing the latest ATI drivers from there site?Also what is the code on the blue screen?

ive had the same problem before it ended up to be something with my cpu and mobo but by then my cpu and motherboard was too old so i just upgraded them and everything turned out fine after that. You also might wanna check your cpu temp
