quicktime opening everything!?

i installed quicktime so i can view movie trailers with the .mov extension.
now if i view anything like mpg and crap, it will open up in quicktime, anyone know how i can change that?

What OS do you have???
Well, If you surf like me, then you know that every once in a while you get files that you wanna check out with the .mov ext. So you probably shouldn't uninstall.
Goto Start >
Settings >
Control Panel >
Folder Options >
Click the File Types tab >
Here you can change the program that open with any particular file ext. Just change all other movie exts and leave .mov for QuickTime.
