Memory Help!

my mobo is DFI "LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D..i think u might be right with it in the wrong slots because in the first boot up it says to put them in the 2nd and 4th slots and i thought that was a little odd..if ur right codeine ur the man and u saved from multiple strokes...

OK,I put the RAM into the first and second slots and it says this...

The System is Running in Single Channel Mode When you Plug DIMM 1. Please Install 2 Ram Modules into DIMM 2&4 For Dual Channel Operation.
if ne one has ne clue to fix this ppllz tell me

I was using CPU-Z and its reading the memory to be in slot 3 when it is really is in slot #1? could that be helpful???idk help
