Find Specs for video card

I need to know how to find out what the specs are form my video card. The card came with the motherboard that I recently bought, but it might not be compatable with certain programs. Is there a way to access the specs for it from my computer using the control panel or something? Thanks.

Trying going to start then run then in run type "dxdiag" without the quotes and then click the display tab and look under device it should give you the video card and if you need for specs just search the video card on google or something.

right click on desktop, click on properties, click on the settings tab, and under display is ur video card (any gfx card that comes with a motherboard sucks)
