i found that a good way to check if a site is outdated is to see what they recommend for HDs. If they say 3 gigs is enough for the average man then the site is way too old. A fairly recent site should recommend a 40-80 gig HD for the average user.

yeah but alot of people find that music and alot of programs slows down a 40 gig HD hugely and 80 gig still dosen't meet requirements. i have a 3 gig HD which i'm using now which dose me fine because i don't use my computer for much and can't be bothered upgrading yet. but with most people a 120 gig should suit just fine and there not too much more than a 80 HD

thank god.
holy shit thats aload off my chest.
i thought i was screwed. i thought there was no way.
like im no electrician, i could configure every components voltage and all that shit.
but i can surely configure stuff in bios.
thx u guys for stoping me there, if u didnt i would have probably paid a friend $150 to do it for me when they r just putting together slightlyyy more technical legos.
