Recommend ECC/REG?

Im building a new Gaming/Multitasking PC. Help?

Hello,

I have puchased items for my new Gaming/multitasking PC.

CPU:
2 x Intel CPU Xeon DP 2.8GHz mPGA-4 800MHz 1MB Active Heatsink Boxed

Mainboard:
Asus NCT-D, I7525, Socket-604, Dual-Xeon 800MHz, SATA/IDE, ATX, Dual-GbLAN, DDR
(PCI Express)

The reason i want to purchase this mainboard cause its the only mainboard that supports PCI express, and of course the one with the best price.

Now, my question is - Would yah recommend using ECC/REG RAM for a Gaming PC?

Seems to me like your building a server and not a gaming PC.

With the amount of money you have get a 3500+ or FX-55 and build a gaming PC upon that,

I already have the Dual Xeon's, im also intended to use this machine for multitasking like video etc. But does modern games support dual Cpus? And what effect does ECC/REG ram while playing modern games?
