Only boots when RAM in Slot 3

i had the topic before called gggrrr troubles. however i have an update. the only time my computer will boot is when there is a pice of RAM in DIMM 3. i have duel channel. Kingston Technology Value RAM 512x2. it worked perfectly when i had mobo in other case. won't boot in DIMM1/DIMM3.or DIMM2/DIMM3 soltek kt890 pro socket 939. any ideas cuz i wanna use both my RAM and if i had just one stick of 1gb could i run it in just DIMM 3?please explain

have u read through mobo manual about ram configuration, and have u tried both modules separately, and hav eu run memtest on both? if not, do that, and come back with results

just wanted you all to know that i got it working in my new case. i had it set up the right way, DIMM1/DIMM3 the whole time. but my locker things that hold the RAM in place are kinda flimsy so i ahd to really work with it. but thanks for the reply.
