System Info. & Help and Support in start menu

The programs are for WinXP, you get options for "Help and Supprt" instead of the help. The System info is a app under the system tool list. Help and Support is like a miny browser that loads the control panel and help dialogs within a fancy display window. System Information is something from Win2k that shows installed apps, DLL's, proc version, and a ton of other data. Looks like a locked down MMC (Microsoft managment Console) but is no viewable in the Manage Console anymore. You can acess the Sysinfo by typing "msinfo32.exe" at the run dialog. Not sure why they don't launch though. If the OS you installed is an enterprise version, you may have policies preventing it, or there could be a bad setup in some of the install options.

Thank you for your advice.I found out it was my EasyCleaner program and found a remedy for it on the website.:)
