say good bye to wasteful prescotts and 1000$ chips...

so i guess intel is back on top?
 
that's pretty good, but I'd like to point out something:
the pentium M they tested was overclocked to perform as well as an FX-55
which means the FX-55 at stock speed

after looking at the benchmarks, I am not sure that they are really accurate
not that I'm trying to bash Intel, but I mean, the Pentium 4 600 series got lower scores in all benchmarks I've seen, and Athlon 64's have always had much higher memory bandwith.

And here come the AMD fans trying to make pathetic excuses. No Intels have way better memory bandwidth. I get like 5998MB/s/5997MB/s on sandra's memory bench compared to AMD scoring like 3000 each way.
