sry, im bad with money conversions, hehe. you dont need the best of everything. and i think hes right, you should get someone to build it for you, as you might mess something up if you do it urself.
 
well, first, start reading about pc, gather knowledge, learn how stuff works b4 building ur 1st pc.

6600gt
2x512 xms 3200 xlpro, ocz el plat rev2, or some other good ram
160 gb HD seagate sata
integrated sound is fine
and a case

cost to build a poc online is cheaper than buying in stores, il tell u that.

u usually get abouyt 40$ assemply fee.
 
what about the PC i mentioned earlier, what's the problem with that? besides the processor and graphics card.
