Ok here is a way to remove a screw even though it is a bit more pricy

Go to dollar store, pickup the right sized screwdriver and superglue
Superglue screwdriver into the screw
Wait 15 minutes
Take out screw

yeah thats a good idea, but for really tight screws the epoxy would break.

Because soldering is not very strong and welding, most people dont have a welder and you will most likely melt crap.
